Have you ever said, "I'm overwhelmed?" Chances are you feel overwhelmed, "because you say you consider.
In reality, there is no such thing as drowning. You can show me items on your list. But you can not show overwhelm me.
Instead we get "too much to do," only those things we are doing those things we are not. Nothing in that report being "overwhelmed." Simply put, "overwhelmed "What we do when we call" heavy. "
If you doubt this, consider a dog. A dog is saying, imagine "Oh my god I walk, sniff, eat, and poop is home all day long .. I'm so tired guard stressed. It's just overwhelming."
Yet it is exactly what we do. We decided to look at your list, that we call heavy that "too many things to do." We "more." Is not really there for us and nothing more. This is something we do and something we will not. In reality, we will never have enough time to accomplish everything. In reality, we always fix the amount of time we will.
I know this may sound strange. But the idea that changing our perception of time for saying, "I'm overwhelmed" is changing may involve nothing more than "I do these things."
In a similar context, I have a friend who complained that his boss of his time "stolen" because a meeting that was scheduled for 30 minutes has gone on for nearly two hours. Actually happened, of course, that the meeting lasted two hours. No theft involved.
I know that "being overwhelmed" or thinking that its time "stolen" was as real as the computer on which you begin reading. However, in reality, there is either "sink" or is no such thing as "stealing time." We create those experiences through language.
So be careful what you say. You'll find it.
